Question: What's Real and What Isn't?
Answer: Besides chocolate, the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" filmmakers went with other assorted real candies to create the world of the Willy Wonka's factory. To make everything look as authentic as possible, real lollipops were used on the trees and the giant pink sugar canes, giant humbugs, and red & white swirls of the sweeping tree were all real.
