Passion of The Christ star Jim Caviezel will be headlining the movie Outlander for director Howard McCain and The Weinstein Company.Caviezel will star as a man from outer space who crashes into Earth during the period of the Vikings. Unfortunately for the Vikings, the unwanted visitor accidently unleashes an alien predator who has to be hunted down and killed.
The Hollywood Reporter is reporting Sophia Myles and Jack Huston are in negotiations to join Caviezel for Outlander.
The Weinstein Company is planning to begin production in Halifax, Nova Scotia, later this month.
