Director Jason Reitman, super hot coming off of his Academy Award-nomination for the critically acclaimed film Juno, will take on the job of helming the comedy movie Pierre Pierre for Fox Atomic. Joining Reitman will be Jim Carrey who can be currently heard but not seen on the big screen in Horton Hears a Who!.
Pierre Pierre, which follows the transportation of a stolen painting from Paris to London, is the brainchild of Edwin Cannistraci and Frederick Seton. The film will be produced by Dan Dubiecki, Todd Black, Steve Tisch, and Jason Blumenthal.
Jim Carrey just wrapped work on the comedy movie Yes Man co-starring Zooey Deschanel. Carrey's currently filming A Christmas Carol directed by Robert Zemeckis using performance capture technology.
