Feb 8, 2007 - Warner Bros Pictures announced Kate Beckinsale (Underworld, Click) and director Dominic Sena (Swordfish) have committed to Whiteout, an action thriller based on Greg Rucka's comic book series.
Warner Bros Pictures and Joel Silver's Dark Castle Entertainment greenlit the movie which is scheduled to be shot in Montreal, Canada, beginning in early March. Rucka's work was adapted for the big screen by Jon and Erich Hoeber.
Beckinsale will next be seen in Vacancy, a horror/thriller directed by Nimrod Antal and co-starring Luke Wilson.
