2010 SCREAM Awards Nominees and Winners

Vampires, 'Inception' Top the 2010 SCREAM Awards

Christopher Nolan's trippy drama Inception came away the big winner at Spike TV's SCREAM 2010 Awards held October 16th at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The fifth annual event which honors the best in sci-fi, fantasy, horror and comic book genres once again proved to be one of the most interesting - and entertaining - award shows, with big celebs, special footage from heavily anticipated upcoming films, including Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Scream 4, and winners in categories you'd never see at the Globes, the Oscars, or any other award show.
