American Film Institute Names Their Top 10 Movies of 2007

The American Film Institute's 13-person jury spent two days arguing it out to come up with their list of the best films of 2007. The film jury for this year's AFI Awards was made up of writer/director Frank Pierson, David Ansen (Newsweek), Donn Cambern (Senior Mentor, AFI Conservatory), Mary Corey (University of California, Los Angeles), writer/director Lawrence Kasdan, Leonard Maltin (Entertainment Tonight), Tara McPherson (University of Southern California), novelist/screenwriter Diana Ossana, producer David Picker, Tom Pollock (Vice Chair and Chair Emeritus, AFI Board of Trustees), Richard Schickel (Time), director/producer Gary Winick, and Kristal Brent Zook (Hosftra University).
