Mob boss Paul Vitti is nearing the end of his prison term and FBI agents are baffled. They watch as he walks around his cell in a stupor, occasionally breaking into songs. Is he having a nervous breakdown because of death threats or is his odd behavior merely a ploy to spring him from jail? The FBI isn’t sure and neither is his former psychotherapist who gets called in to consult on the case.
