Danny Boyle Talks About "127 Hours"
"You know he escapes. You know he gets away and lives because you’ve seen him interviewed on the telly," explained Danny Boyle when asked if knowing what happens takes away some of the drama. "He’s there, but you still get anxious about will he survive? That’s an amazing thing we have in this where we want drama to work. When it’s well performed, we want it to live in a way beyond what anybody says about it."
