The 31st Annual People's Choice Awards were held on a very stormy Sunday afternoon in Hollywood. Stars of TV and film hit the red carpet on January 9, 2005 to help honor some of the best performances, movies, and TV shows of 2004. Among the stars gathered for the event were Renee Zellweger, Jessica Simpson, Eddie Cahill, Christina Milian, Nick Lachey, Haylie Duff, Marcia Cross, Emilie de Ravin, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally, Matt LeBlanc, Aisha Tyler, Tom Selleck and Jesse Metcalfe.
