"The Lord of the Rings:
The Return of the King"
North American Premiere Photos


The crowd of fans may not have rivaled in numbers the 100,000 fanatics who showed up in New Zealand for "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King's" World Premiere, but what they lacked in numbers they more than made up for in sheer volume. The stars of "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy, including Elijah Wood, Viggo Mortensen, Orlando Bloom, Liv Tyler, John Rhys Davies, Ian McKellen, Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd, signed autographs and posed for photos with some of the lucky fans who had waited hours to get a good spot on the sidewalks surrounding the movie's North America Premiere.
