While at the Premiere of Touchstone Pictures CIA thriller, "The Recruit," actor Jake Busey spoke briefly about his role in the upcoming drama, "Identity," starring John Cusack, Amanda Peet and Ray Liotta:

JAKE BUSEY ('Robert' in "Identity")

What brings you out to "The Recruit" premiere tonight?
We thought maybe we'd like to check a movie out tonight. I've never met Colin Farrell or Al Pacino, but I did read the script and thought it was fantastic, with lots of great little twists in there that keeps you on the edge of your seat. I really respect both of their work. I think we're in for a good treat.

You've got a big movie coming up real soon, “Identity.” What role do you play?
You know what? I'm really excited about it. I get to go back and play a serial killer again. I did a couple of years of doing some comedies and they were here and there, but it's really nice to be back and be a part of a big drama that has to do with so many twists and so many surprises…

With a huge cast.
With a huge cast, and I'm so honored to be a part of that cast. To be in that sort of group, it's awesome. It's really great. It was a really good time doing it. It was raining every day. We worked all night long.

Was it supposed to be raining or it just happened to be raining?
Oh no, it was supposed to be raining. There's not one scene in the movie that it's not raining so we were very wet. But it was very fun. I'm just basically looking forward to it coming out and seeing what people think of it because it will scare you right out of your pants.

Really?
Oh yeah.

So it is much more fun to play the bad guy?
It's a lot of fun.
