"Serendipity - Music From The Miramax Motion Picture" Soundtrack Review/Recommendation
The film was an engaging tale of love and destiny, starring two attractive, talented stars - John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale. Jonathan (Cusack) and Sara (Beckinsale) meet by accident and are immediately attracted to one another. Sara's strong belief in fate guides their subsequent actions, causing them to part without exchanging phone numbers or other personal info. Never far from each other's thoughts, months later they search for each other to determine their joint destiny.
"Serendipity's" soundtrack is a marvelous collection of new songs, familiar favorites, and classic Louis Armstrong. Running the gamut from pop to blues to jazzy tunes, the music perfectly suits the movie while standing on its own as an endearingly romantic CD.
