Alliance Atlantis has acquired international rights to David Gordon Green's second feature film, "All the Real Girls," starring Zooey Deschanel, Patricia Clarkson and Paul Schneider. "All the Real Girls" will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival and also screen in the International Forum of New Cinema at the Berlin International Film Festival.

In a statement issued by Alliance Atlantis, Charlotte Mickie, Managing Director, International Motion Picture Sales, Alliance Atlantis Entertainment Group, said, "David Gordon Green's 'George Washington' signalled the appearance of a new brilliant filmmaker, gifted with revelatory powers of observation. "All the Real Girls" - The Official Synopsis:
In "All the Real Girls," 22-year-old Paul (Schneider) lives with his mother (Clarkson) and works as a grease monkey in a small North Carolina mill town. Charming, smart, and unambitious, he has a devoted circle of rowdy friends and a reputation as a callous heartbreaker. But Paul's easy going life and his attitudes about love and women change dramatically when he meets his best friend's sister Noel (Deschanel), fresh from boarding school graduation. As the summer progresses, things go right, and then wrong, as both Paul and Noel discover that real love comes at a cost that sometimes is too high.

Sony Pictures Classics will release "All the Real Girls" in the United States in February 2003.
