In what's quickly becoming a pattern, Kate Hudson is the star of yet another romantic comedy. This time she's the lead in "Alex and Emma," a film which pairs her with another 2003 movie staple, Luke Wilson. Between the two they've logged more red carpet time this year than all but a small handful of stars.

Joined on the red carpet by husband Chris Robinson (singer for Black Crowes), Hudson shared her thoughts on romantic attachments to co-stars and working with director Rob Reiner.

KATE HUDSON ('Emma') and CHRIS ROBINSON

Have you ever fallen in love with someone you worked with or had a crush?
KATE: Yes. Present company excluded, but I'm not naming any names.

Did the crush last beyond the job?
KATE: [Thinking] Sorta.
CHRIS: Jesus, honey, if you have to think about it, I mean...

What's the most comedic thing about your romance?
KATE: Well, if you knew him [it's his] wicked sense of humor.
CHRIS: Usually it starts around talking about all the people that we slept with before we met.

Do you see each other with all the time you're working?
KATE: Yes, a little bit. I mean, enough.
CHRIS: We don't spend very much time apart.
KATE: Yeah, although you went on tour a little bit, so that was hard.

How was it playing all those characters?
KATE: [It was] so much fun. It was really fun. I loved it. It was definitely challenging, but it was fun. I could have fun with it because it was broad and I didn't have to be too specific with the accents, so it was really laid back.

And working with director Rob Reiner?
KATE: Awesome, because he's Rob Reiner. He's one of my ultimate favorite directors and so it was an honor to be watching him every day. He works really fast.
