FREDDIE PRINZE, JR. (Fred)
You're a huge Scooby fan. Are you happy with the way this all turned out?
I couldn't be more proud. I've never met a fan as big as me and the movie surpassed all of my expectations. I'm a huge fan.
Can you describe how you played your character?
'Fred' always showed more arrogance than everyone else so in the movie, I took the opportunity to make him as narcissistic and self-loving as possible. I certainly loved being Fred.

Why should all of your fans come out and see the movie?
Because it's a fun film. It's Scooby Doo man, it's what it's about. Who didn't watch "Scooby Doo?" And now, it's like larger than life. Also, because I'll come and hurt you all if you don't come see it (laughing).
How do you take a known character like Daphne and make her your own?
I think on a whole, you have to honor what's already established and what's on the page, but you do have to make it your own at the same time. It's a tricky line. I just took little bits of what was on the page and what was on the cartoon and mixed it with a little Sarah. It worked out pretty well I think.

What role do you play in "Scooby-Doo?"
I play Voodoo Maestro and I can't really talk about it because they won't let me give the plot away (laughing).
And next up for you is "Juwanna Mann?"
In "Juwanna Mann," I play an arrogant, egotistical, playing, playboy NBA basketball star who loses everything. He devises a plan to dress up as a woman and go try out for the WNBA. Not only does he make the team, but he becomes a huge star and he ends up learning a lesson about himself and how he treats women. It's a story with a heart.
How was it to work with Vivica A. Fox and Ginuwine?
Fun. It was pure lunacy on the set, 24 hours a day.
