On May 14, 2002 A&M Records released "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron - Music from the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack," comprised of songs by three time Academy Award(R) nominee Bryan Adams and music by Academy Award(R)-winning composer Hans Zimmer.

Adams is no stranger to film music success as he has had three top ten hits earning Oscar nominations for "(Everything I Do) I Do It for You" from 1991's "Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves" (#1 for seven weeks), "Have You Ever really Loved A Woman?" from 1995's "Don Juan DeMarco" and "I've Finally Found Someone" from 1996's "The Mirror Has Two Faces." Adams also received a GRAMMY for "(Everything I Do) I Do It for You" for Best Song Written Specifically For A Picture Or For Television. He is now back on the music scene to amaze fans again by evoking powerful emotions while creating a voice for this film.

Zimmer has composed the music for over 70 feature films. Last year he received his seventh Oscar nomination for the blockbuster hit "Gladiator." His other nominations include his music for "As Good As It Gets," "Crimson Tide," "The Thin Red Line," "The Price of Egypt" and "The Preacher's Wife." He has also won three Grammy Awards for his scores for "Crimson Tide" and "The Lion King" for which he received two Grammy's, an Academy Award(R), a Golden Globe and a Tony Award(R).
