Synopsis - "The Scorpion King"
WWF champion The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) stars as the title character in what he describes as a movie having "all the classic elements of a great film – action, comedy, romance, special effects, you name it." The story takes place 5,000 years ago when a ruthlessly ambitious warlord named Memnon believed he was destined to rule. With an army of barbarians at his command, he enslaved those he did not slaughter. He struck with precision that filled those who opposed him with dread because as his enemies were aware, Memnon's strategies were plotted by a seer who advised him on when, where and how to attack.

Only a few tribes stand between Memnon and the throne. Knowing his final strike is inevitable, they unite against their common foe by enlisting the services of Mathayus to eliminate the sorcerer and deprive Memnon of his most dangerous asset. Mathayus slips into Memnon's palace in Gomorrah, and discovers that the visionary is a woman, the beautiful Cassandra. Rather than kill her, he takes her hostage, deep into the Valley of the Dead. Cassandra's visions predict Mathayus will die in a fight with Memnon. But Mathayus' has always lived by the simple creed - live free, die well. He also believes he can create his own destiny, and with that conviction, transcends his heritage, evolving from assassin to legend...to The Scorpion King.

Synopsis - "Triumph of Love"
This is the tale of a beautiful and bold Princess (Mira Sorvino), who falls head over heels for her sworn enemy: Agis (Jay Rodan), the rightful heir to the Princess' stolen kingdom. To get close to Agis, who is exiled in a secluded villa, she first must get past Agis' life-long protectors: the rational philosopher Hemocrates (Ben Kingsley) and his scientific spinster sister Leontine (Fiona Shaw), who have raised Agis to avoid all things romantic and emotional. Using her powerful talent for seduction - and slipping back and forth between male and female personalities - the Princess whittles away the defences of everyone in the villa. But, in the process, she winds up engaged to three different people. Now, as she attempts to unravel her wildly tangled web, she risks losing the very heart she was aiming for in the first place.
