Dimension Films Announces "Scary Movie 4"

April 15, 2003 - Dimension Films' Bob Weinstein announced that production is expected to start in a couple of months on "Scary Movie 4" which will reunite "Scary Movie 3" director David Zucker, writers Craig Mazin and Pat Proft and producer Bob Weiss.

In a statement issued by Dimension Films Weinstein said, "We are so confident in the team we have working on 'Scary Movie 3' and so pleased with what we have seen of the film that we want to continue the momentum and begin production on 'Scary Movie 4' right away."

Dimension Films revealed some of the cast of "Scary Movie 3" will return for the fourth installment.

"Things are going so well on 'Scary Movie 3,' its been a great shoot and I'm looking forward to continuing it with 'Scary Movie 4'," added director David Zucker.
