Once rich and powerful, Behrani brings his family to America to build a new life. Behrani keeps up appearances but is barely making ends meet. He sees an opportunity to buy a house being sold for back taxes. A mistake caused the house to be improperly seized from its rightful owner, Kathy. The loss tears away Kathy’s last hope for a stable life and she decides to recover it at any cost.
Review:
Jennifer Connelly, Ben Kingsley and Ron Eldard star in what looks like it could be one of the best films of the year. Of course, trailers can be deceiving.
