Dec 22, 2003 - Based on the popular TV series, the big screen version of "S.W.A.T.," grossed more than $116 million during its theatrical run. The crime thriller starring Samuel L Jackson ("Star Wars Episode I," "Pulp Fiction") and Colin Farrell ("Phone Booth," "Minority Report") and directed by Clark Johnson ("The Shield," "The West Wing") is set to hit stores on DVD on December 30, 2003.
Michelle Rodriguez, LL Cool J, Brian Van Holt, Jeremy Renner, Josh Charles and Olivier Martinez co-star in the big action film.
