INTERVIEW WITH MARY-KATE and ASHLEY OLSEN:
At the "New York Minute" press junket you said in the future, one of you may direct the other in a film. Is directing something youre interested in doing at some point?
MARY-KATE OLSEN: I dont think that anythings planned that we do.
ASHLEY OLSEN: Theres so many things that we could do.
Does directing interest either of you?
MARY-KATE OLSEN: Possibly. Weve been in the business for such a long time and weve been on the sets, I think directing is something I think we could do and wed be a really good team.
Your "New York Minute" director Dennie Gordon said she did a lot of stunts with you to show that it was safe.
ASHLEY OLSEN: She did! She jumped off the stage, she did stuff down in the sewer. She got stuff splashed on her.
She really did do all that with you two?
MARY-KATE OLSEN: Oh yeah, she was great. We were like little cheerleaders in high school (laughing).
Would you have done the stunts if she hadnt have done them first?
ASHLEY OLSEN: Of course we would have. We just thought it was very funny to see her do it first (laughing).
Would you do more action comedies in the future?
MARY-KATE OLSEN: Who knows? I mean, it was so much fun. I dont know.
What was the hardest skill to master for this movie?
MARY-KATE OLSEN: Drumming and singing at the same time.
ASHLEY OLSEN: Maybe speaking Chinese.
