The winner of 11 Academy Awards, Peter Jackson's epic fantasy "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" joined "Ben Hur" and Titanic" as one of the most honored films in Oscar history. "Rings" won in every category in which it was nominated including Best Film, Best Director, and Best Adapted Screenplay.
