The Bottom Line
Sometimes a studio remakes a classic movie and you wonder what in the world they were thinking. Why mess with a good thing? In this case, "Freaky Friday" is just as entertaining the second time around. Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan work wonderfully as the mother and daughter who swap places and get into all sorts of mischief while living in each other's bodies.

Guide Review - "Freaky Friday" Movie - DVD Review
Jamie Lee Curtis stars as Dr. Tess Coleman and Lindsay Lohan plays Tess' teenage daughter Anna, a rebellious (in the Disney sense of the word) teen who just wants to play rock music with her band. When mystical fortune cookies place them in each other's bodies, Tess and Anna find out what it's like to walk in each other's shoes.
"Freaky Friday's" not just for teen girls. There's enough substance to this movie to keep adults interested, as well.
