Box Office Report - June 8-10
Although it didn't open quite as big as Ocean's Twelve ($39 million) or Ocean's Eleven ($38 million), Ocean's Thirteen did dethrone Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End to claim the top spot at the weekend's box office. But while Ocean's Thirteen was just a measly million or two off from its predecessors, the same can't be said for Eli Roth's latest journey into the land of horror. Roth's original Hostel brought in $19.5 million during its first weekend in theaters back in 2005, but Hostel Part II only managed to scare up $8 million in ticket sales.
