Screen Actors Guild Award Nominees and Winners
Monday January 29, 2007
Leonardo DiCaprio earned three nominations from his peers for the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards but went home without a single trophy. Meanwhile his fellow nominees in multiple categories - Steve Carell and Helen Mirren - fared much better, taking home two awards each. Carell won SAG awards for Little Miss Sunshineand The Office and Mirren picked up two for The Queen and Elizabeth I. While the members of the Screen Actors Guild spread the love around, honoring performances from Last King of Scotland, The Queen, and Dreamgirls, it was Little Miss Sunshine's win in the best ensemble category that catapulted it into being a top contender for this year's Best Picture Oscar.- More on the SAG Awards Winners:
