Holiday Movie Preview
Tuesday November 15, 2005
The fourth film in the "Harry Potter" series marks the unofficial beginning of the 2005 Holiday Movie Season when it hits theaters this Friday. (Pictured: Daniel Radcliffe © Warner Bros)Pre-release ticket sales have been brisk for "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" and critics who've somehow managed to sneak their reviews out early (most of us have to hold off until the day before the film's released) have been overwhelmingly positive. But who are we trying to kid? It's not as if "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" needs good reviews in order to sell tickets. J K Rowling's fanbase guarantees "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" will be a box office success (like its predecessors), which is a good thing for theater owners and movie studios alike.
