Wow, I didn't see this one coming. Didn't these two openly voice their displeasure with each other during Fox's run as part of the Transformers series? I guess old arguments have been put aside as Michael Bay has announced Megan Fox has been hired to star in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
Fox is the first official cast member confirmed for the new Turtles movie, with Bay making a very short statement on his website:
"TMNT: we are bringing Megan Fox back into the family!"
Bay didn't say Fox will play April, but that's the logical assumption. Bay's producing the film which might be titled Ninja Turtles - or might not - and will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman (Battle: Los Angeles, Wrath of the Titans).
Whatever its name, the Turtles movie will be in theaters on May 14, 2014.
