Movie Review: Can We Return Playing for Keeps?

The trailers are completely misleading. There's nothing funny or entertaining about Playing for Keeps, a romantic drama with a little bit of comedy starring Gerard Butler, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Uma Thurman, Dennis Quaid, and Jessica Biel. Yes, it has a bunch of good-looking people and Butler gets to keep his Scottish accent, but it also features some of the worst written/developed characters of any feature film this year.

To put it bluntly, Playing for Keeps is just one big mess from start to finish.
