Foxcatcher with Channing Tatum, Steve Carell Goes to Columbia Pictures

Channing TatumBennett Miller's latest film, Foxcatcher, will be distributed in the US by Columbia Pictures. The deal marks Miller's second project with Columbia following the six-time Academy Award-nominated Moneyball.

Foxcatcher's based on the true story of du Pont heir John du Pont who was convicted of murdering his friend, Olympic wrestler David Schultz. The drama explores John du Pont's background and his relationship with wrestler Schultz. Foxcatcher stars Steve Carell, Channing Tatum, Mark Ruffalo, and Sienna Miller, and reunites Capote director Bennett Miller with screenwriter Dan Futterman.

Filming is currently underway.
