Elizabeth Banks has signed up to star in the comedy movie Walk of Shame for Lakeshore Entertainment. Steve Brill (Without a Paddle) wrote the script and is on board to direct the project which, according to Banks, will be her next film.
Banks posted the news on her official website:
"After a first and only one-night stand, my sweet character must endure a crazy journey across the city of LA in time to get promoted and make her dreams come true. And the best part is I get to shoot at home in LA! We start in January."
Banks can currently be seen on screen in the comedy Pitch Perfect and is working on the Hunger Games sequel, Catching Fire, reprising her role as Effie Trinket. She and Walk of Shame's Steve Brill recently finished work on Movie 43.
