...to be followed by Three Days of Remorse? No? Demarest Films is getting closer to the start of production on the romantic comedy Two Night Stand set to star Miles Teller, Analeigh Tipton, and Jessica Szohr. Mark Hammer's script made the 2011 Black List (the list of the best unproduced screenplays) and will be directed by first-timer Max Nichols.
The official synopsis: "In Two Night Stand, a pair of twentysomething strangers awake after an ill-advised one night stand to find themselves snowed in by a blizzard that's put all of Manhattan on ice. Trapped together in a tiny downtown apartment, they're forced to get to know each other far better than any anonymous bed partners should."
Announcing the upcoming start of production, Demarest's Sam Englebardt stated: "Max Nichols and his hugely talented young cast are going to breathe new life into romantic comedies with this refreshingly honest look at modern courtship."
Filming will take place in New York City in October.
