Lohan is currently working on the Lifetime movie Liz & Dick in which she stars as Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor. On June 8th on the way to the set, she was reportedly driving a car which crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler. The accident occurred on Pacific Coast Highway and there still has not been any explanation offered as to how the crash happened nor has there been any explanation as to why Lohan was driving. Now, ABC7 reports Lohan was found unconscious in her hotel room one week after her car accident.
ABC7 has been in contact with Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley who says the actress is okay. In an interview with Eyewitness News, Holley was quoted as saying, "As I understand it, she was exhausted, after shooting non-stop for 2 days. Someone called paramedics, for reasons which are unclear. They determined that she was fine."
The Hollywood Reporter spoke with LA County Sheriff's Dept spokesperson Nicole Nishida who confirmed Lohan was "not transported to a hospital and is okay," and that she regained consciousness while the paramedics were treating her in her hotel suite.
