Liam Hemsworth is not going to be lacking for projects in between The Hunger Games films. Hemsworth, the younger brother of Thor star Chris, recently completed work alongside an all-star action cast in The Expendables 2 and has now been set to star in the dramatic film, Timeless. Set up at Relativity Media, Timeless is a romantic fantasy with Phillip Noyce (Salt, Catch a Fire) on board to direct from a script by Bill Kelly (Enchanted, Premonition).
Per Relativity, Timeless will find Hemsworth playing Rory, a "young man who devotes himself to achieving the unimaginable. After the sudden death of his wife, he enlists the world's best minds to try to build a scientific marvel to turn back time and reunite him with his lost love."
Ryan Kavanaugh and Sunil Perkash are producing the project. There's no word yet on when Relativity hopes to launch Timeless in theaters.
