Channing Tatum, who was just confirmed to star alongside Jonah Hill in the film adaptation of the 21 Jump Street TV series, has made a production deal with Relativity Media. Tatum and his producing partner Reid Carolin agreed on a two year deal with Relativity which will give Relativity the "opportunity to partner on projects that the company develops."In a press release announcing the deal, Relativity's President of Worldwide Production Tucker Tooley stated, "Channing is an immensely talented actor and incredibly enthusiastic about finding material to produce with Reid. We look forward to working with the two of them over the coming years."
Tatum's first project for his as yet untitled production company is the previously announced high school reunion film Ten Year, which Relativity Media isn't a part of. Ten Year will star Tatum, Jenna Dewan (also known as Mrs Channing Tatum), Kate Mara, Brian Geraghty, Chris Pratt and Justin Long.
According to the press release, other projects in the works for Tatum's company include Contortionist's Handbook, What's Left of Us and 11 Minutes.
