Leonardo DiCaprio wants to make sure he never has any down time. The super busy actor has just added one more film to his list of upcoming projects, according to Variety. DiCaprio will play FBI informant Jack Van Laningham in the dramatic film Legacy of Secrecy based on the book about John F Kennedy's assassination by Lamar Waldron and Thom Hartmann.Variety reports DiCaprio will star in and produce the film along with his father, George, through his Appian Way company. Legacy of Secrecy is set up at Warner Bros with an eye on a 2013 release.
According to the book publisher's site, "Legacy of Secrecy tells the full story of JFK's murder and the tragic results of the cover-ups that followed, as revealed by two dozen associates of John and Robert Kennedy, backed by thousands of files at the National Archives. The result of twenty years of research, it finally tells the full story long withheld from Congress and the American people."
In addition to starring in and producing Legacy of Secrecy, DiCaprio's rumored to be/is attached to The Devil in the White City, The Great Gatsby, and Clint Eastwood's J Edgar Hoover project.
