Exclusive Megamind Premiere Photos - Will Ferrell, Justin Bieber, and More

DreamWorks Animation's Megamind premiere found plenty of celebs in costumes, but it was Justin Bieber who scared up the biggest reaction on the red carpet held October 30th in Hollywood. Bieber, wearing over-sized black framed glasses, shot photos and Tweeted from the red carpet. "Will Ferrell is that dude! The man has spunk. Pure spunk. Haha," posted Bieber.
