Miley Cyrus photo /The coming of age comedy LOL has found a home at Lionsgate. LOL was written and directed by Lisa Azuelos who also wrote and directed the original French version, Laughing Out Loud, released in 2008. The American version stars Miley Cyrus, Ashley Greene, Demi Moore, Thomas Jane, Jay Hernandez, Marlo Thomas, Gina Gershon, and Fisher Stevens. Lionsgate hasn't revealed when they expect to launch LOL in theaters.

LOL follows a divorced mom (Moore) and her teenage daughter (Cyrus) as they deal with relationships and sexual issues.

LOL star Cyrus is currently in the headlines because her mother, Tish, and father, Billy Ray, have made public the fact they've filed for divorce after 17 years of marriage. On a happier note, Ashley Greene's about to start work on the fourth and fifth films of the Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Parts 1 and 2 - and Demi Moore's keeping busy filming The Reasonable Bunch with Kate Bosworth and Ellen Barkin.
