Action drove the box office this weekend as Sylvester Stallone's The Expendables proved packing as many action studs into one movie was a wise choice for Lionsgate Films. And Columbia Pictures' counter-programming paid off with women heading to theaters to catch Julia Roberts eating, praying, and loving. However, Universal Pictures' Scott Pilgrim failed to generate any interest at all, bombing at the box office with a very disappointing opening weekend take of just $10 million.Top 10 Films for Weekend Ending August 15, 2010
