Universal Pictures had one of its few great weekends at the box office for 2010, and it took an 3-D animated film to pull the studio out of its box office slump. The family friendly Despicable Me featuring the voices of Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Julie Andrews, and Miranda Cosgrove easily pulled off a win, toppling Eclipse (the third Twilight film) from its first place position.Top 10 Films for Weekend Ending July 11, 2010
