Avatar Wins Visual Effects Oscar

The Academy Awards producers must have firemen standing by as Bradley Cooper and Gerard Butler might create too much heat for the stage to stand. Cooper and Butler are together to award the Visual Effects Oscar, but that's nearly besides the point. Why don't these two do a film together? I'd pay to see that. And yes, it's getting late as I write this blog post...

And the Visual Effects Oscar winner is Avatar. Absolutely no surprise there whatsoever. If there's any Oscar Avatar deserves to win, it's for the film's groundbreaking visual effects. The visual effects crew thanked the cast, producers, director, and the audience for embracing their film. Joe Letteri concluded his speech saying, "And just remember the world we live in is just as amazing as the one we created for you. Thank you."

It is obvious that the actors/actresses are very touched by the introductions.
