Ricky Gervais and Rob Lowe on The Invention of Lying

Ricky Gervais co-wrote, co-directed and stars in The Invention of Lying, a film set in an alternate universe where no one ever lies. At the film's US premiere at the historic Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, Gervais, co-writer/director Matthew Robinson and producer Lynda Obst chatted up the comedy. Gervais' onscreen rival for the affection of Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe, also hit the red carpet to discuss the comedy, along with Fionnula Flanagan who plays Gervais' mom in The Invention of Lying:
