New Moon Cast is Officially Announced

Twilight fans should be happy to know filming has definitely begun on the second film of the series, New Moon, which is set to hit theaters on November 20th. And not only did Summit Entertainment announce the start of production, the studio also revealed a few new cast members and confirmed the return of some of our favorites. And Summit confirmed what we pretty much already knew - the production will indeed head to Tuscany, Italy to shoot pivotal scenes.

Returning to the world of vegetarian vampires and protective werewolves are Kristen Stewart as Bella, Robert Pattinson as Edward, Taylor Lautner as Jacob, Ashley Greene as Alice, Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Kellan Lutz as Emmett, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Edi Gathegi as Laurent, Rachelle Lafevre as Victoria and Billy Burke as Charlie Swan. The newbies joining the Twilight franchise for New Moon, the second film of the four-part series, as members of the Volturi are Charlie Bewley as Demetri, Jamie Campbell Bower as Caius, Daniel Cudmore (Colossus in X2 and X-Men: The Last Stand) as Felix, Christopher Heyerdahl as Marcus, Dakota Fanning as Jane, Cameron Bright as Alec, Noot Seer as Heidi, and Michael Sheen as Aro. New Quileute tribe members include Graham Greene as Harry Clearwater and Tinsel Korey as Sam Uley's fiancé, Emily.
