New Moon Cast Talks About the Script and the New Director

Ashley Greene, Rachelle Lefevre and Edi Gathegi from Twilight and its upcoming sequel, New Moon, showed up on the red carpet for the premiere of Push, a thriller starring Chris Evans, Camilla Belle and Dakota Fanning. Push, Twilight and New Moon are all put out by the same production company - Summit Entertainment - but that wasn't the only connection between Push and the cast of Twilight/New Moon. Push's Dakota Fanning might be coming onboard New Moon to play the part of a very scary vampire named Jane, and so her potential cast mates were there to lend support to her current film. In our interviews on the red carpet, Greene gushed over the script for New Moon and all three expressed faith in new director Chris Weitz' vision for the second film of the series:
