Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist isn't infinitely entertaining, but it is definitely a cut above the average romantic comedy meant for the teen/college-age audience. It's smart, funny, and sweet. Screenwriter Lorene Scafaria adapted the script from the book by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan, and the writing feels completely in step with the world of iPod-addicted, text message-loving young adults.
