Tom Hanks Talks About "The Polar Express"

Monday November 8, 2004
The cast and crew of "The Polar Express" joined special celebrity guests and a bunch of kids for the LA Premiere of the holiday film. With a winter wonderland set up next to Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood, all the attendees were able to get into the holiday spirit - even if we are quite a few weeks away from the actual year-end holidays themselves. Before being treated to carolers singing, reindeer prancing, and other wintery treats, Tom Hanks, Robert Zemeckis, Peter Scolari and Daryl Sabara chatted with me about their film, "The Polar Express:"

  • Nona Gaye Finds Her Inner Child in "The Polar Express"
Nona Gaye takes on the role of the independent, intelligent child known as Hero Girl in the big screen version of "The Polar Express." Strolling the snow white carpet at the movie's LA Premiere, the very stunning Nona Gaye spoke affectionately about her work in the holiday film. Here's what she had to say about playing a child opposite Tom Hanks, and about getting into the motion capture suit every day:
