Box Office Report - April 9-11, 2004

Mel Gibson's "The Passion" topped the Easter weekend box office, with overall box office receipts up over 7% from last year's Easter weekend. While "The Passion" continues to make an impression on moviegoers, the same can't be said for "The Alamo." With a $100 million budget, "The Alamo" was basically forgotten during its opening weekend, managing to only do $9.1 million in ticket sales. The Full Report
